  sp67 said "I was born 9 years after him and grew up in the 1980s listening to his musice, getting the Thriller album, buying the Bad album on cassette and dancing and singing to all his songs. I saw the Motown 25 performance and the 1984 award show where he won 8 grammy awards for Thriller. That was really a sight to behold! Both of them! I will miss him, I cried my eyes out after hearing he was dead, he touched my life, his music had meanings that I understood, his voice was really sweet, some call him a freak because of all the tabloid reports that were lies and only half truths if at all true, and some think he was gay [so what], I don't think he was. He is still called a freak because his skin lightened, but he had Villitigo, a skin disorder that causes people to lose the pigment of their skin, [you can find look it up on the internet, it happens gradually and eventually the whole body is white]. People are so mean, no wonder he had come up with the Scream song and video. The way some are treating him now even after death, feels just like how I did in high school when I was being bullied. Everyone had something negative to say about me and I didn't do anything to them [turned out that someone I was hanging out with was distorting information about me to all those folks, so don't you think all the information about Michael was distorted just so they could have a shocking story to tell? That's how tabloids opperate, I don't buy them because I don't believe them but it appears that some are really naive and gullable and believe anything they read and hear. And some folks seem to not have any feelings, they are just violent. It's really disturbing, many seem to be angry about something, it's not really Michael Jackson but something else totally different and choose to berate him for whatever the media reported, he said that he had regretted some of the things he's done and he was aquitted of molesting that Jordan kid and people still berated him, I think people are just angry about different things, I'd want to die too if everyone berated me and never stopped, I came close to wanting to kill myself in high school because of bullies, I can just imagine being bullied by everyone in the country, that makes me ill."
