    Dancing with the Dogs

Watch out Donny Osmond, the bitch is back. Donny and his fellow "Dancing with the Stars" competitors, Aaron Carter, Kelly Osbourne, Joanna Krupa, and Mya, should all be watching their backs. There's a new blonde on the dance floor and she just might outshine them all. She can salsa with the best of them including underarm turns, spins, and a combo lift-flip-through-the-legs move that the stars practiced for weeks to perfect. If Bruno were critiquing this dance, he would say she needs to work on her hip action or that she dances with the grace of a dog in heat. Carrie Anne would deduct a point for the lift, but we'd give her a perfect 10. Lucky for Donny, "DWTS" won't give the mirror trophy to a canine. You have to check out this video. Cesar Milan has nothing on this dancing dog trainer.

Just give her the Emmy now. It would be a crime if Kristen Chenoweth didn't get a statue for her turn as "Glee's" ultimate has-been-who-never-was, April Rhodes. If there was ever an actress born to play a part, Chenoweth is the one. We were delighted to hear that she'll be reprising the role later this season, but if you give us an inch, we'll take a mile - and we're hoping that she'll join the cast for good. She's not the only guest star who we feel adds a missing element to some of our favorite shows. Here are other stars who we'd like to see sign on as series regulars.

"Spin City" Cast: Then & Now

"Spin City" Cast: Then & Now

"Spin City" is one of the best but often forgotten sitcoms in TV history. Mostly remembered as Michael J. Fox's last prime-time series, few ever mention that "Spin" was actually a very funny show, with a rich cast of characters and brilliantly talented actors.

The sitcom about a New York City mayor and his staff was created by Gary David Goldberg of "Family Ties" fame and Bill Lawrence, a 30-year-old writer who'd penned scripts for "Friends" and "The Nanny." Lawrence would go on to create "Scrubs" and "Cougar Town."

Whether you're a fan of the MJF days or prefer the later Heather Locklear/Charlie Sheen years, there's no denying the talent that radiated from the show's stars. Take a look at the cast of "Spin City," then and now.
