Chris Dominguez, CEO | GetBack Media Inc. Prior to joining GetBack Media, Chris was Senior Vice President of Business Development at MTV Networks Entertainment Group specializing in digital video initiatives (IFILM). Chris was a member of the senior management team at IFILM Corporation that completed the $49M acquisition by Viacom Inc. (NYSE: VIA and VIA.B) in October of 2005.
From 1995-2005, Chris was co-founder and President of Stockpoint, Inc., an ASP financial technology company. Chris completed an M&A transaction with Screaming Media (NASDAQ: SCRM), and subsequently served as Executive Vice President at Screaming Media through May 2002. Prior to Stockpoint, he worked in the publishing business and held positions at Cosmopolitan Magazine, The Daily Telegraph, and Research Magazine.
Chris was a pioneer in developing online financial content and application functionality for the financial services community, and was at the forefront of the digital video revolution creating ways to apply business models to web and mobile based video applications.
Shawn Amos, Senior Vice President | Content Prior to joining GetBack Media, Shawn was Vice President of Music & Original Content at Shout! Factory. He worked with Shout! Factory's co-founders at Rhino Entertainment, where he produced classic historic compilations, including the Grammy-nominated "Rhapsodies in Black: Music and Words From The Harlem Renaissance"; "Say It Loud: A Celebration of Black Music in America"; and "Q: The Musical Autobiography of Quincy Jones."
In early 2008, Shawn conceived and co-produced "In the Name of Love: Africa Celebrates U2," a new collection of African artists interpreting songs by the Irish supergroup, and executive produced Solomon Burke's release "Like a Fire." Currently Senior Vice President of Content at GetBack, Shawn is also the producer and host of GetBack's original daily web program, "Retro Minute."
In addition to his own work as a singer-songwriter, Shawn Amos has been a trusted tastemaker, content creator, and custodian of pop culture for the past decade. He has been entrusted with the musical legacies of icons Quincy Jones, Herb Alpert, Solomon Burke and dozens of heritage artists. Shawn has also produced albums for the Dirty Dozen Brass Band and Phil Spector protege, Darlene Love and Comedy Central broadcasts for the Upright Citizens Brigade. He's directed DVDs for comedians Pablo Francisco & Doug Stanhope and driven CD, DVD, web, and broadcast projects for hundreds of artists and icons ranging from INXS to William Shatner.
In between the two positions, Shawn was Executive Director of the Quincy Jones Listen Up Foundation. There, he spearheaded house building and entrepreneurship programs in South Africa. Shawn has released three albums including "Thank You Shir-lee May [A Love Story]" (2005), "In Between" (2002), "Harlem" (2000) and contributed a song to Solomon Burke's 2006 album, "Nashville." Two singles, "Burned" with Matthew Sweet and "Long Time Gone" with Julie Miller, were released exclusively on iTunes in 2007.
FitzJohn J. Flynn, Vice President | Business Development Prior to GetBack Media, FitzJohn J. Flynn was Founder, Director and CEO of La Tierra Partners, Inc., an investment advisory firm and media consultancy serving institutional investors, major film studios, recording labels, and award winning independent content producers. La Tierra Partners was engaged by Shout! Factory in 2006 to develop its digital media strategy that has become GetBack Media, Inc.
Prior to founding La Tierra Partners, Mr. Flynn was a senior partner in several financial services firms and was a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the Chicago Board of Options Exchange, and the Pacific Options Exchange. Before his career in Financial Derivatives and Advisory, Mr. Flynn worked as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for managing large client teams and a consulting staff serving Fortune 100 clients. Representative clients included the CIS (Former Soviet Union), The World Bank, USAID, Hewlett Packard, Samsung Electronics, BP, Chevron and Koch Industries.
Adrian Roston | CTO Adrian was formerly the VP of Engineering at MTV Networks, Spike Digital, and IFILM. Before joining IFILM, Adrian provided the software architecture and team leadership of numerous large-scale enterprise software solutions for the United States Navy and United States Army, working with such partners as Boeing, Computer Sciences Corporation, and AMSEC LLC. Adrian has also run a software-development consulting group, servicing both Fortune 500 companies and smaller businesses. Adrian graduated with a Bachelor of Music from the Eastman School of Music/University of Rochester, in Rochester, N.Y.
Colin Reef | CFO Colin Reef has had over 20 years financial management experience in the music and entertainment business, serving as Controller for Atlantic Records, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Virgin Records America, and SVP CFO at Rhino Entertainment, a division of Warner Music Group. He later served as SVP Business Strategy at Rhino, where his responsibilities included the evaluation of major acquisition and licensing deals, including all-rights deals, such as those for the Frank Sinatra Estate and Grateful Dead. Reef is currently a Senior Financial Adviser at Shout! Factory as well as Acting CFO for GetBack Media.
Richard Foos Richard is CEO of Shout! Factory, is the co-founder and former President of Rhino Entertainment, a multimedia operation long known for its creativity and innovative spirit.
Jeff Bocan Jeff is a Managing Director at Beringea Private Equity and is responsible for investment sourcing, analysis, deal execution and portfolio management.
Bob Emmer Bob is a principal and COO of Shout! Factory. Earlier, he worked at Rhino Entertainment where, for twelve years beginning in 1984, he served as Executive Vice President.
Garson Foos Garson is the President of Shout! Factory. Garson was a key force (alongside Shout! CEO Richard Foos and COO Robert Emmer) in the development of Rhino Entertainment.
